1 General Terms & Conditions

Wein BD (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") provides an online gaming service for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between Wein BD and its users.

2.3 Account Security

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Wein BD regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, and compliance with those terms is mandatory.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To qualify:

• Your first deposit must be made within 72 hours of registration.
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.

5.1 Game Results

All game outcomes are determined entirely by RNG. Neither Wein BD nor any of its staff can influence the result of any game. If a technical error is detected in a game outcome, that round will be voided and the stake will be refunded.

5.2 Betting Limits

• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits.
• VIP members receive higher bet limits.

5.3 Disconnections

Wein BD is not responsible for any disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues during gameplay. However, if a connection is lost during a Live Casino game, the system will automatically complete the round from where it left off.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Wein BD. Engaging in any of them may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting)
• Exploiting bonus offers or system loopholes
• Using automated bots or software to play games
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (Collusion)
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Wein BD's systems
• Harassing or abusive behavior toward other users
• Submitting false KYC information or forged documents

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Wein BD may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violations of the terms and conditions
• If KYC Verification Fails
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)
• Due to legal obligations

7.1 Closing Your Account

You may request to close your account at any time by emailing our support team. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

As part of our responsible gaming commitment, Wein BD offers a self-exclusion feature that allows you to lock your account for 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently.

10 Right to Amend Terms

Wein BD reserves the right to modify, update, or remove these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
